Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – R&D, Legal Compliance & Risk Management to support ongoing research, compliance monitoring, and operational risk tracking activities.

This is an execution-focused individual contributor role, not a managerial position. The role involves supporting project execution, compliance documentation, risk tracking, and coordination across teams under guidance from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development Support

• Assist in execution of R&D initiatives and assigned innovation projects
• Conduct market, competitor, and process research
• Gather data and support analysis of trends and improvements
• Document findings and assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Support implementation of process improvements across departments

2. Project Coordination

• Support project planning activities including timelines and task tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day execution
• Monitor project progress and update status reports
• Escalate risks, delays, and dependencies to reporting manager
• Maintain project documentation and trackers

3. Product Support Activities

• Assist in documenting product requirements and updates
• Collect user feedback and help summarize insights
• Support product enhancement tracking and release coordination
• Work closely with stakeholders for execution support

4. Compliance & Risk Support

• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and records
• Support implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Identify and report operational and process risks
• Help track incidents and support root cause documentation
• Assist in ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in R&D, Compliance, Risk, or Project Support roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Good understanding of compliance processes and project coordination
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in execution-focused and fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes

Important Note

• This is a Senior Executive level (non-managerial) role
• Candidates will be expected to work in execution and coordination capacity, not team management or strategic ownership

Work Timing

Candidates must be available for calls between 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM IST (Monday to Thursday)
