Position Overview:

Harmony United is seeking a highly skilled and systems-driven Senior UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design experience with 7–10 years of experience to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly workflows, interfaces, and visual designs across Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, dashboards, marketing websites, and other digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, CRM, or ERP platforms and can translate business requirements into intuitive, role-based workflows, wireframes, and visually appealing designs. This role bridges functionality and visual design, ensuring both usability and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and departmental requirements into scalable, role-based functional workflows and conversion-oriented user flows.
• Optimize navigation, page hierarchy, and interaction logic for internal systems, dashboards, and marketing websites.
• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for:
  • Homepage, service/condition pages, intake forms (appointments, referrals, group therapy, etc.)
  • Referral pathways and reporting tools
  • Conversion-focused digital flows (interest → action)
• Design visual interfaces that are responsive, brand-consistent, and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Develop sitemaps, information architecture, conversion flow diagrams, and mobile-first layouts.
• Design digital advertising, landing pages, and campaign assets, ensuring visual clarity and messaging hierarchy.
• Design offline materials such as brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and executive materials with professional brand standards.
• Maintain and evolve the brand system, including color palette, typography, iconography, and imagery guidelines.
• Identify usability friction, accessibility issues (WCAG), and optimize workflows and visual designs prior to engineering or deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure usability, scalability, performance, and visual consistency.
• Document functional and visual specifications for smooth handoff to developers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, including healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, visual design, and conversion optimization
• Experience with healthcare platforms (EHR/EMR), SaaS applications, or complex internal systems
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO-informed UX
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on websites, dashboards, landing pages, digital campaigns, print materials, and brand systems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/prototyping tools
