As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Executive to join our Hyderabad team and contribute to our HR and recruitment operations.
Position Overview
The HR Executive will manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented while attracting, retaining, and developing a talented workforce. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and other team members to support overall HR strategy and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA with HR specialization preferred)
- Completed high school from an English Medium School
- Minimum 70% score in 10th and 12th examinations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Mandatory Experience: (Night Shifts Only & Work from Office)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in International Voice Process with verbal communication with clients and/or office staff in English-speaking countries (USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
- Previous experience in HR and Recruitment for English-speaking countries preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods within schedule
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process
- Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to track recruitment and workforce performance
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Promote company culture and the organization’s reputation as a “best place to work”
- Collaborate with management to forecast HR needs and develop talent pipelines
- Ensure strict adherence to night shift and work-from-office requirements
