We are currently looking for a dynamic HR Executive with strong US Recruitment experience to join our team in Hyderabad and contribute to our expanding Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Position Overview
The HR Executive – US Recruitment will be responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle and supporting workforce expansion through strategic US hiring and healthcare recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong career in talent acquisition, healthcare staffing, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end US recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals and recruitment platforms
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing strategies aligned with talent acquisition best practices
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate records using ATS tools for tracking and reporting
• Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding for new hires
• Prepare recruitment metrics and hiring reports to improve hiring strategies
• Support HR operations and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and compliance standards for night shift HR roles

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in HR or US Recruitment
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA HR, or related field

Work Location & Timing (Strict Requirement)
• Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad
• Shift: Night Shift
• Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday
• Work Hours: 4:45 PM to 3:45 AM IST (Strict timing)
• Work Mode: Work From Office Only
