As we continue to expand our healthcare operations, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Services Manager to oversee and support clinical service operations for our US-based behavioral healthcare organization.
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for coordinating clinical workflows, supporting clinical teams and providers, monitoring service quality and operational performance, and ensuring that clinical processes and standards are implemented effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Psychology or related clinical discipline, experience in outpatient mental health services, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) or other RCI-recognized professional qualification in Clinical Psychology, with valid and active registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) as a Clinical Psychologist, will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Work experience as Psychologist
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, behavioral healthcare operations, and service delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop clinical teams.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with US-based clinical and operational teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work from 5:45 PM to 4:45 AM IST, Monday through Thursday, to support US operations.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical service operations and ensure effective coordination among clinical providers, operations, and support teams.
- Monitor the quality, effectiveness, productivity, and operational performance of clinical services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical workflows, processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, and other clinical professionals to support efficient clinical operations.
- Develop and enhance clinical programs and service processes in alignment with organizational goals and patient needs.
- Monitor adherence to established clinical processes, organizational policies, documentation standards, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Support clinical onboarding, orientation, training, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
- Assist with provider scheduling, workflow coordination, and resolution of operational issues affecting clinical service delivery.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Office Management, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of clinical services.
- Review clinical and operational reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Support performance management and provide constructive feedback to clinical team members in coordination with department leadership.
- Participate in meetings with US-based clinical and operational leadership as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of patient and employee information.
- Support strategic initiatives, new service development, and other clinical projects to promote organizational growth and sustainability.
- Perform other clinical service management duties as assigned by management.
