We are seeking a skilled Visual / Brand Designer to help maintain and elevate our visual identity across digital and traditional platforms.
Position Overview:
The Visual / Brand Designer will be responsible for developing consistent, professional, and visually compelling brand assets across websites, marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and print collateral.
This role focuses on visual design, brand consistency, and communication clarity across multiple platforms. The designer will collaborate with Marketing, Development, and Leadership teams to translate business goals into effective visual communication.
This role emphasizes visual execution and brand consistency rather than UX workflow or system logic ownership.
Responsibilities:
A. Digital Design (Primary Responsibility)
Website and Digital Properties
- Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including:
- Main marketing websites
- Service and condition-based landing pages
- Contact and intake interface visuals
- Ensure responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Apply brand standards consistently across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize layouts for readability, accessibility, and visual clarity.
- Maintain consistent visual presentation across digital platforms.
Digital Advertising and Campaign Assets
- Design digital advertising creatives across multiple platforms, including:
- Display advertisements
- Social media advertisements
- Retargeting campaign visuals
- Adapt creatives to multiple sizes and formats.
- Ensure visual clarity and strong message hierarchy.
- Maintain visual alignment between advertisements and landing pages.
B. Traditional and Offline Design (Primary Responsibility)
Print and Marketing Collateral
- Design and update printed marketing materials such as:
- Brochures
- Fact sheets
- One-pagers
- Flyers and handouts
- Ensure all materials are visually clear, compliant, and professionally formatted.
- Prepare print-ready files for production when required.
Presentations and Executive Materials
- Create branded presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides for:
- Leadership communications
- Sales and partnership presentations
- Institutional and business presentations
- Develop reusable slide templates.
- Maintain professional and consistent presentation design standards.
C. Brand System and Guidelines
- Maintain and enhance brand design systems including:
- Color palettes
- Typography standards
- Icon sets
- Image usage guidelines
- Develop and update brand style guides.
- Ensure consistent brand usage across all visual communication channels.
- Support new initiatives with brand-aligned visual direction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in visual design, brand design, or graphic design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in:
- Website and landing page design
- Digital advertisement design
- Print design and marketing collateral
- Presentation design
- Brand identity and brand systems
- Experience working in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance-based design practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Role Scope Clarification:
This role focuses on visual design execution and brand consistency.
This role does not include:
- UX research or workflow development
- Product logic or system architecture
- Marketing strategy or content writing
