Position Overview:
We are looking for AR Callers who will be responsible for managing the collections process and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices and accounts receivable balances. The ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving outstanding debts. AR Callers play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients while maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt.

Responsibilities:
- Perform insurance follow-up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Handle denial management and work on rejected or underpaid claims.
- Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize AR follow-up tasks.
- Communicate with US insurance providers regarding claim status and payment resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and US Healthcare billing regulations.
- Work on physician billing, medical billing follow-ups, and AR collections.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR Calling), Medical Billing, or US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.
- Candidate must have a graduation degree in any field.
- Must have working knowledge of AR Calling, Insurance Follow-up, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare billing workflows and claim life cycle.
- Experience working on Aging Reports, Denial Management, and Payment Follow-ups is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Candidates with knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) will be preferred.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
- Good communication skills required for International Voice / US Healthcare Voice Process roles.
