Position Overview

We are seeking AR Callers responsible for managing the collections process and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding invoices and accounts receivable balances. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to resolving payment-related issues.

This role is essential in maintaining healthy client relationships while ensuring strong cash flow and minimizing outstanding debts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers/clients via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue invoices and pending receivables
  • Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collections
  • Address customer inquiries, billing disputes, and account-related issues professionally and efficiently
  • Escalate complex cases when required for resolution
  • Identify trends in delinquent accounts and suggest process improvements to enhance collections efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and applicable regulations in AR management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in AR Calling / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

  • Shift Timing: 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM
  • Night Shift | Work From Office Only
  • Working Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Availability for calls: 5:45 PM – 4:45 AM IST
