Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the mental health services space. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong pipelines, and contributing to practice acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with mental health practices and providers for potential acquisition, partnership, or collaboration opportunities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and professional networking
Leverage experience working with English-speaking countries and international voice processes to effectively engage global clients and support cross-border business development activities
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Conduct initial discussions with potential partners and coordinate next steps with internal teams
Support revenue growth through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and progress tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners
Strengthen referral networks and support market expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred)
3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition roles
Experience in B2B sales, healthcare domain, or international voice process preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
Proven ability to generate leads and manage sales pipelines effectively
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
