Interns will gain real-world experience by working on live projects under the guidance of experienced professionals while building the skills required for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational activities.
- Support departmental projects and business initiatives.
- Learn and apply industry best practices.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update records.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree completed
- Master's Degree (MBA/MCA/MHRM/MSW/M.Com/M.Tech, etc.) (completed)
- Minimum academic score of 6.0 CGPA (or equivalent 60%).
- IQ Assessment Score above 50.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional environment.
- Positive attitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Bachelor's Students Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Master's Students Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
