Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Billing Fresher candidates to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in starting their career in the US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong learning ability, good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in understanding medical billing processes, insurance claims, and healthcare operations. Selected candidates will receive training and guidance to develop expertise in medical billing and claim management.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the complete medical billing process, including claim submission, payment posting, and insurance follow-up.
• Gain knowledge of CMS 1500 forms and their role in healthcare billing.
• Assist in reviewing medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Learn online claim submission processes and insurance billing procedures.
• Support payment posting activities and ensure accurate recording of account payments.
• Follow up on pending and unpaid claims under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to achieve department goals and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (Any specialization).
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Basic understanding of computers and MS Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
• Prior knowledge of medical billing, healthcare, or insurance processes is an added advantage.
• Certification in medical billing and coding (CPC, CBCS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
