Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Accounts Receivable (AR) Executives for the US Healthcare Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to start their careers in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

The selected candidates will receive training on insurance follow-up, medical billing, and accounts receivable processes while working with US insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact US insurance companies to check the status of medical claims.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected insurance claims.
• Learn and work on denial management and payment follow-ups.
• Update claim status and maintain accurate documentation in the billing system.
• Review assigned accounts and prioritize follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined by the organization.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates (Any Graduate) are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with excellent English communication skills are preferred.
• Willingness to work in the US Healthcare Voice Process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong learning ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Candidates with basic knowledge of Medical Billing or US Healthcare processes will have an added advantage, but no prior experience is required.
