We focus on innovation, usability, and performance-driven design. As we continue to expand our digital platforms, we are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer who can design scalable workflows, intuitive interfaces, and user-friendly digital systems.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, dashboard design, and responsive web and application interfaces.

This role involves designing user journeys, workflows, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and web applications using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates with experience designing healthcare platforms, SaaS applications, EHR/EMR systems, CRM tools, or enterprise dashboards will be highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user research, interaction design, usability testing, responsive layouts, and conversion-focused design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & User Experience

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, and internal platforms.
• Create user journeys, workflows, and navigation structures to improve usability and efficiency.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive design concepts using Figma.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create sitemaps, page hierarchies, and information architecture diagrams.
• Optimize user flows to improve engagement, usability, and conversion rates.
• Conduct usability testing and identify workflow friction points.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional workflows.
• Document UI/UX specifications and provide clear handoff documentation to developers.
• Ensure designs follow usability standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Dashboard & Application Design

• Design dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow-based systems.
• Create role-based workflows and system interactions.
• Design SaaS platforms, CRM tools, healthcare portals, or enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable design systems.
• Maintain consistency across system layouts and user interactions.

Web & Visual Design

• Design responsive marketing websites, landing pages, and microsites.
• Create high-quality UI visuals and user-focused layouts.
• Design digital marketing assets including banners, ads, and promotional creatives.
• Maintain and evolve brand design systems including typography, colors, icons, and layout standards.
• Ensure visual consistency across web and digital platforms.

Collaboration & Performance Optimization

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure UI/UX workflows are optimized before development begins.
• Improve user experience through data-driven design decisions.
• Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
• Maintain design documentation and version control standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Web Design, or Application Interface Design.
• Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience designing responsive websites and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of user journey mapping and information architecture.
• Experience working on dashboards, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise applications preferred.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, dashboards, responsive websites, and application workflows is mandatory.
