Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller / AR Caller with strong knowledge of CMS 1500 forms, insurance billing, and claims follow-up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring payment accuracy, and resolving outstanding claims in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit insurance claims using CMS 1500 forms
• Perform online claim submission to insurance companies
• Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
• Post payments and manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims
• Identify billing errors and obtain missing information
• Ensure all billing activities comply with HIPAA guidelines
• Verify insurance details and process billing corrections
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Understand payer rules and insurance billing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / AR Calling
• Strong knowledge of:
  • CMS 1500 Forms
  • Insurance Claims Submission
  • Payment Posting
  • AR Follow-up
  • Denial Management
• Experience working with Medical Billing Software
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Certification (CPC / CBCS) is an added advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
